We are an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, based in Leeds, regulated by RICS. We specialise in providing RICS Home survey reports (formally known as the RICS Homebuyer Report), Building Surveys and Specific Defect Reports on residential properties throughout Yorkshire.
Our philosophy has remained the same since 2005, throughout us surveying in excess of a thousand properties, is to deliver a personalised service to meet your needs whether this is your first house purchase, last purchase, or as an investment property.

Home Survey (Homebuyer Report)
Level 2. This report is suitable for all conventional houses and flats built after approximately 1900.
Building Surveys
Level 3. This report is suitable for all houses and flats of any age.
Specific Defect Reports
A detailed inspection of a specific structural issue or defect, such as cracking or dampness and condensation.
Expert Witness Report
Suitable for legal disputes such as defective works, housing disrepairs etc.

Buying a property is likely to be the most expensive purchase you will ever make.
We are small enough to look after each individual customer but big enough to have all the latest technology available to produce a more detailed report than many of our competitors. When carrying out building surveys, we use elevated camera poles for high level roof inspections, we don’t use phrases such as “we were unable to inspect your roof”. We use thermal imaging cameras and damp/moisture measuring tools to diagnose areas of concern, where we feel this is appropriate and highlight them for your attention.
