Based in Leeds

Connors Surveyors are based in Leeds and specialise in providing a range of reports and surveys for residential properties. 

We are a firm of fully qualified Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Building Engineers. We are also members of the ISVA (Independent Surveyors and Valuers Association) and regulated by RICS. 

For  your peace of mind we hold both Professional Indemnity Insurance, as well as Public Liability Insurance.

Since starting in 2005,  we have surveyed over a thousand properties, from a 1 bedroom flat to a 7 bedroom detached house, covering properties of all ages and types of construction 

Therefore, over 15 years we have built up a wealth of technical knowledge regarding common defects and problems associated with certain property types and locations. This knowledge and experience enables us to provide you with sound and pragmatic advice,  underpinned by 15 years experience of inspecting properties in the region. 

We always aim to provide clear, straightforward and easy to read reports and advice to allow you to make an informed decision, so that you know exactly what you are thinking of purchasing. 

OUR SERVICE TO NEW OR EXPERIENCED HOMEBUYERS

Our job is to provide you with peace of mind,  or quickly alert you to any serious issue that could affect your purchase. With this in mind our Surveyor will contact you, either by phone or email, within 24 hours of completing our inspection, to provide you with a quick overview, rather than you having to wait for our full report to be emailed to you. 

Once you have received your report, our service doesn’t stop there. You will always find us approachable and helpful. You can contact us to discuss any concerns you have regarding our report or any additional issues concerning the property. 

Our reputation means everything to us and many clients come back to us for their next purchase and recommend us to family friends and colleagues.
